A Global Citizenship Requirement

Every Year over 2 million children are born with no country to claim citizenship in.  This has led to over 4 million people worldwide having no citizenship and no hopes of ever having one.

Phase Zero supports a Global citizenship rule requiring every child born having the option of either the country where they were born or another country being the country where they have citizenship.
